📋 Description

• Conceptualize and write scripts for narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and IPs
• Create visually compelling cinematic videos with stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, maintaining strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence across sequences
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows, from initial ideation and prompting through generation, editing, compositing, and final delivery
• Utilize advanced AI video generation platforms including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging models to produce high-quality visual sequences
• Ensure consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended narratives using advanced AI prompting and post-processing techniques
• Integrate motion graphics, color correction, and visual effects using tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects to polish and finalize outputs
• Rapidly experiment with new AI video models, tools, and techniques, incorporating successful methods into production pipelines and sharing insights with the team
• Collaborate closely with the Content Lead to align with creative direction while maintaining autonomous technical decision-making and execution
• Continuously refine AI video workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and output quality across all production stages
• Maintain strict adherence to EverGuard, EverAI’s proprietary AI moderation system, ensuring all content meets ethical, safety, and human-first standards
• Work independently with minimal supervision, managing deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced, high-velocity remote environment
• Stay at the forefront of AI video innovation by actively exploring new generative models, prompting strategies, and editing pipelines
• Produce content that meets the demands of a global audience of 50+ million users, with a focus on cultural relevance and emotional engagement
• Deliver high-fidelity video outputs optimized for diverse platforms and user experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging platforms
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Proficiency in traditional editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for final assembly and polish
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, cinematic language, pacing, and composition
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
