📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form video content centered around EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and IPs, with a focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation and prompting through generation, editing, compositing, and final delivery using generative video tools including Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse
• Maintain strict character appearance, scene continuity, and stylistic consistency across extended AI-generated sequences using advanced prompting, batching, and post-processing techniques
• Integrate motion graphics, color correction, and visual effects in post-production using tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects to deliver polished, cinematic outputs
• Rapidly experiment with emerging AI video models and tools, evaluate their effectiveness, and incorporate high-performing technologies into established production pipelines
• Develop and refine scalable, efficient workflows that improve output quality, reduce production time, and maintain consistency across high-volume content generation
• Collaborate with the Content Lead to align creative direction while maintaining full autonomy in technical execution and artistic decision-making
• Produce stylized and explicit NSFW visual content in compliance with internal moderation guidelines governed by EverGuard, ensuring ethical and responsible AI usage
• Continuously monitor and adapt to advancements in AI video generation, sharing knowledge and best practices with the broader creative team
• Apply strong cinematic language, pacing, and composition principles to transform raw AI outputs into compelling, emotionally resonant video narratives
• Work independently with minimal supervision, iterating quickly through test-fail-refine cycles to meet production deadlines and creative standards
• Contribute to the evolution of AI-native storytelling techniques by testing novel applications of generative models beyond standard use cases
• Ensure all delivered content meets brand standards for visual identity, tone, and narrative integrity across multiple AI character universes
• Maintain organized project files, version control, and asset libraries to support reproducibility and team collaboration across distributed workflows
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in current workflows and propose actionable improvements to enhance team velocity and creative output

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging platforms
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency control, and post-processing
• Proficiency in traditional editing and compositing tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
• Comfortable working with uncensored AI models and explicit adult content (NSFW)
