- • Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form cinematic video content centered around proprietary AI characters (company IPs), ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence throughout
- • Own end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, compositing, color correction, and final delivery using AI-first pipelines
- • Utilize cutting-edge AI video generation tools including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging platforms to produce high-quality visual sequences
- • Maintain strict character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended AI-generated narratives using advanced techniques for consistency and realism
- • Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and color grading to deliver polished, cohesive final outputs that align with brand aesthetic and narrative tone
- • Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, incorporating them into production workflows and sharing learnings with the content team
- • Collaborate closely with the Content Lead to execute creative direction while maintaining autonomy in technical execution and artistic decision-making
- • Refine and optimize video production workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality across high-volume content demands
- • Work with uncensored AI models and produce explicit NSFW visuals as required by product goals, adhering to ethical guidelines governed by EverGuard
- • Apply traditional post-production tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects for final assembly, refinement, and professional polish of AI-generated footage
- • Develop and deploy prompting strategies for batch generation, consistency control, and post-processing to achieve cinematic results at scale
- • Stay current with advancements in generative video technology and proactively propose improvements to production pipelines
- • Maintain a high standard of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language across all delivered content
- • Demonstrate strong ownership by independently taking concepts from initial idea through to final delivery without constant oversight
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work
- • Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar emerging platforms
- • Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
- • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools for final assembly and polish
- • Ability to maintain character and scene continuity across AI-generated sequences
- • Comfortable working with uncensored AI models and producing explicit adult (NSFW) content
