📋 Description

• Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor role focused on creating narrative-driven, longform video content using AI-first pipelines for EverAI’s flagship AI companionship platform, which serves 50 million users and is growing rapidly.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing scripts based on AI characters, owning end-to-end AI video production workflows (prompting, generation, editing, compositing), utilizing tools like ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and Premiere Pro/After Effects, maintaining character and scene consistency, integrating motion graphics and color correction, and experimenting with emerging AI models.
• The team is a passionate, high-performance remote group of ~75 people led by founders with proven success in scaling web products to IPO, including experience at Mad Paws Holdings, MTK Digital, Zipchat, and Curatible.
• The role offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI companionship, work on world-first AI applications, develop expertise in cutting-edge generative video workflows, and contribute to a category-defining product with global impact and ethical AI governance via EverGuard.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a strong portfolio that includes AI-driven video work
• Proven experience with ComfyUI, including building and managing complex node-based workflows (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and related tooling (advanced prompting, LoRAs, refining, upscaling, inpainting)
• Hands-on experience with latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse)
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines (prompting, batching, consistency techniques, post-processing)
• Experience with traditional tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar for final assembly and polish
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English)
• High ownership mindset — able to take ideas from concept to completion independently
• Experimental mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving tools
• Fast iteration cycles — able to test, fail, refine, and improve quickly
• Curious and self-driven — constantly exploring new AI capabilities and workflows
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement
• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content (#NSFW)
