📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and IPs, ensuring strong storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence throughout each sequence
• Own end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation and prompt engineering through generation, editing, compositing, color correction, and final delivery using AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse
• Maintain strict character appearance, scene continuity, and stylistic consistency across extended AI-generated video narratives using advanced prompting, batching, and post-processing techniques
• Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and color grading in tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects to polish and finalize cinematic outputs
• Experiment rapidly with emerging AI video models and tools, evaluate their quality and scalability, and incorporate successful techniques into standardized production pipelines
• Collaborate with the Content Lead to align creative direction while operating with high autonomy in technical execution and decision-making
• Develop and refine AI video workflows to improve efficiency, output quality, and scalability for high-volume content production
• Produce stylized and explicit NSFW visuals as required, adhering to company guidelines and ethical boundaries governed by EverGuard’s AI moderation system
• Actively share knowledge and best practices with the content team, documenting successful prompting strategies, editing techniques, and tool optimizations
• Continuously explore new AI capabilities and creative applications, proposing innovative approaches to enhance narrative depth and visual impact in AI companionship content
• Work independently with minimal supervision, meeting tight iteration cycles while maintaining high standards for cinematic quality and emotional resonance
• Adapt quickly to evolving AI tools and industry trends, staying ahead of technological shifts in generative video to maintain EverAI’s competitive edge in content innovation
• Ensure all final outputs are technically optimized for platform delivery, consistent with EverAI’s brand identity and user experience standards

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, or similar emerging platforms
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools for final assembly and polish
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
• Comfortable working with uncensored AI models and explicit adult content
