📋 Description

• Conceptualize and develop narrative-driven, long-form AI-generated video content centered around EverAI’s proprietary AI characters and intellectual properties
• Lead end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation and prompting through generation, editing, compositing, color correction, and final delivery
• Utilize cutting-edge AI video tools including Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging generative video platforms to produce cinematic, stylized, and explicit NSFW visuals
• Maintain strict character appearance, visual style, and scene continuity across extended sequences using advanced AI consistency techniques
• Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and post-production polish using industry-standard tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experiment with and rapidly adopt new AI models and tools, incorporating them into production pipelines and sharing insights with the broader content team
• Work closely with the Content Lead to align with creative direction while maintaining full autonomy in technical execution and creative decisions
• Refine and optimize AI video workflows for efficiency, scalability, and consistent output quality across high-volume production demands
• Produce visually coherent and emotionally compelling storytelling that leverages AI-generated imagery with deliberate pacing, composition, and cinematic language
• Collaborate across teams to ensure all video outputs meet ethical and safety standards governed by EverAI’s proprietary moderation system, EverGuard
• Stay ahead of AI video innovation by continuously exploring new prompting strategies, batch generation techniques, and post-processing methods
• Deliver high-quality content under fast iteration cycles, embracing experimentation, iterative refinement, and rapid feedback loops
• Maintain a deep understanding of AI image and video generation pipelines, including batching, inpainting, upscaling, and model-specific tuning
• Adapt creative workflows to accommodate uncensored, adult-themed content while upholding narrative integrity and visual coherence
• Contribute to the development of reusable templates, style guides, and procedural workflows to standardize output and accelerate future productions

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art with a portfolio showcasing AI-driven video work
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging platforms
• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for final assembly, editing, and polish
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, cinematic language, pacing, and composition
• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across AI-generated sequences
• Comfortable working with uncensored and explicit adult content
• Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills
