• • We are seeking a confident Middle Product Designer with a systemic mindset, someone who enjoys dissecting complex logic, understands the intricacies of sophisticated interfaces, and excels at maintaining impeccable order.
• • In this role, you will engage in cross-team collaboration and contribute to internal products, supporting the company's expansion by developing various internal services.
• • This includes processing requests from other streams and optimizing their internal processes through thoughtful design solutions.
• • A key project will be the "Funnel Builder," a product enabling users to create, launch, and scale marketing funnels without developer involvement, leveraging no-code/low-code logic.
• • You will also play a crucial role in developing and evolving our "Design System," the foundational element for all our web products, ensuring it remains a dynamic and scalable tool.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass tackling complex interfaces, designing tools where users spend significant portions of their workday, such as admin panels, CRMs, and builders, requiring meticulous work with intricate logic, numerous elements, and interconnected relationships.
• • You will be instrumental in the systematic development of the design system, creating scalable components based on Atomic Design principles and working with design tokens.
• • The role involves managing the full design cycle, from problem research to final UI and development support, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to implementation.
• • You will actively participate in data gathering and research, conducting user interviews and tests, and leveraging metrics to substantiate design decisions.
• • Technical synchronization will be a key aspect, involving constructive communication with developers, grounded in an understanding of how designs translate into code.
