• • As an ML Engineer on the Object Tracking team, you will be instrumental in architecting, developing, and deploying large-scale, real-time, and highly accurate multi-object tracking solutions. This role is crucial for enhancing our LPR and Video products, which are designed to detect and track objects, providing our customers with the critical information they need to make informed, actionable decisions. You will collaborate closely with a talented group of research scientists, fellow ML engineers, infrastructure specialists, and operations teams to build and maintain high-performance systems for tracking a diverse range of objects, including people and vehicles.
• • Your core responsibilities will involve developing sophisticated motion-based and appearance-based tracking models. This includes integrating cutting-edge deep learning techniques, probabilistic modeling, and graph-based approaches to achieve state-of-the-art performance. You will be tasked with optimizing these tracking algorithms to ensure they are not only accurate but also exceptionally fast and scalable, catering to both real-time processing needs and batch processing environments.
• • A significant aspect of this role includes close collaboration with our device engineering, data engineering, and infrastructure teams. This partnership is essential for managing our hybrid video processing workflows and optimizing data storage solutions. You will also play a key role in developing robust data pipelines, which are vital for creating appropriate datasets for training and for implementing effective model feedback loops. This ensures our models are continuously learning and improving based on real-world data.
