- • As a key member of our Research team, your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of ML model development. This includes contributing to the ideation phase, meticulously designing novel architectures and algorithms, implementing these innovations, and rigorously evaluating their performance. Your work will directly impact the models that are deployed in real-world enterprise environments.
- • You will share responsibility for the performance of our models in every conceivable aspect. This means not only achieving state-of-the-art evaluation scores through innovative architectures and training methodologies but also establishing robust evaluation protocols and implementing efficient training and inference methods. - • Therefore, alongside your research endeavors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our research code facilitates swift, rapid development and testing of new ideas. - • A significant part of your role will involve developing new ML methods, algorithms, and models. This requires a deep dive into both classical ML techniques and cutting-edge Deep Learning approaches, pushing the boundaries of what's possible with tabular data and large-scale models.

This includes working with powerful hardware like GPUs (or TPUs) and mastering distributed training techniques to handle massive datasets and model sizes.
