Motion Designer

📋 Description

• • The Motion Designer is the animation and motion execution engine behind ACQ Media’s video and social content output across all brands and platforms, responsible for building and protecting a scalable motion identity for a multi-brand media company.
• • Day to day, the role involves designing and animating motion graphics, kinetic typography, and branded transitions for long-form and short-form video content; building and maintaining motion design systems and template libraries; creating platform-native motion assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube; managing organized asset libraries with proper file naming and version control; and ensuring quality control by catching inconsistencies and using performance data to drive design decisions.
• • ACQ Media is the in-house media engine behind Acquisition.com and its portfolio of brands led by Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, and Sharran Srivatsaa, operating like a studio with structured workflows, batch production, clear performance metrics, and an aggressive commitment to innovation through AI-native production systems to build a repeatable content machine that compounds output, quality, and brand equity.
