- • Design high-performing video creatives for advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms to drive user acquisition and engagement for MaxBeauty.
- • Develop and test AI-generated visual and video content using tools such as Nano Banana, Seedream, Higgsfield, Kling, Seedance, Veo, and similar AI platforms for image, video, and voice generation.
- • Independently conceive and develop original creative concepts through brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- • Research, evaluate, and integrate new creative tools and workflows that improve the speed, quality, and scalability of motion design outputs.
- • Apply core principles of composition, typography, and color theory to create visually compelling, brand-aligned motion graphics.
- • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in every deliverable, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and consistency across all advertising formats.
- • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously with strong self-organization, time management, and deadline adherence in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- • Collaborate remotely with product, marketing, and AI teams to align creative output with business goals and user insights.
- • Conduct research on global beauty and wellness trends to inform creative direction and ensure content resonates with international audiences.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving campaign requirements, platform algorithms, and emerging creative technologies without compromising quality.
- • Contribute to the evolution of MaxBeauty’s visual identity by proposing innovative design directions grounded in user behavior and performance data.
- • Work in a fully remote setup with autonomy over workflow, while maintaining clear communication and accountability in a global team.
- • Engage with a high-performing, mission-driven team focused on building a scalable, AI-powered personal care ecosystem used by millions.
- • Directly influence product development and marketing strategy through creative input, with no bureaucratic barriers to implementing ideas.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of professional motion design experience
- • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects or strong expertise in CapCut
- • Demonstrated experience creating AI-generated visuals and videos using tools like Nano Banana, Seedream, Higgsfield, Kling, Seedance, or Veo
- • Solid understanding of composition, typography, and color theory
- • Creative mindset with ability to generate unconventional, high-impact ideas
- • B1+ level of English for research and content collaboration
