• • Motion Designer role at Skelar AS, a venture builder creating international product IT companies, focused on producing video creatives for product promotion across advertising networks like Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include ideation of visual creative components based on marketing team tasks, production of video creatives, close collaboration with the marketing team, experimentation with new tools and effects, creative research analyzing competitor ads and social media trends, and analytics of creatives to build hypotheses based on performance.
• • Skelar AS operates as a venture builder with 8 platform teams ensuring operational efficiency, a founder community sharing practical experience, internal professional clubs (marketing, development, finance, recruiting), training programs, conference access, and medical insurance with corporate doctor access; the company is committed to building 'the next big everything' and supporting Ukraine’s recovery.
