- • Motion & Graphic Designer role focused on creating performance-driven visual content for B2B marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing ad sets, landing pages, motion graphics, and short-form video cutdowns; editing video assets for platform-specific ad units; collaborating with media and content teams; maintaining brand consistency; conducting A/B tests using tools like Optimizely and Unbounce; performing user research and usability testing; iterating designs based on data and feedback; managing multiple projects; and staying current with CRO, UX, and emerging tech trends.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years experience in graphic design with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO
- • 1 year experience with motion graphics
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- • Basic video editing and motion graphics skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- • Strong communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork
- • Knowledge of performance marketing metrics including A/B testing, CRO analytics, and heatmapping
