- • Lead BJAK’s motion design vision for the UK market, driving creative excellence in motion graphics that elevate brand storytelling and audience engagement across marketing, product, and digital channels.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading the design and animation of motion graphics for UK marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising; conceptualizing storyboards and animation sequences; maintaining visual and technical quality; collaborating with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams; mentoring junior designers; overseeing end-to-end motion production; developing reusable templates and systems; managing multiple projects; troubleshooting technical issues; and staying ahead of global motion design trends through experimentation with VFX, 3D animation, and emerging formats.

🎯 Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field
- • 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
- • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus)
- • Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
- • Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes
- • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- • Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work
