📋 Description

• As an MRI Specialist at Function Health, you will serve as a central force in elevating imaging quality across all partnered imaging facilities, operating at the intersection of clinical expertise, systems optimization, and education to ensure superior MRI performance and safety.
• Day to day, you will onboard new imaging sites, optimize MRI protocols across multiple vendors, conduct image quality audits, evaluate implant safety cases, develop training materials for technologists, troubleshoot DICOM and workflow issues, and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, technical, and medical teams to improve imaging outcomes.

• In this role, you will move beyond the console to drive system-level impact—defining how MRI is performed, taught, and scaled across a growing network. You’ll gain expertise in multi-site protocol standardization, MRI safety leadership, clinical education program development, and healthcare operations optimization, directly influencing clinical quality and operational excellence while contributing to early cancer detection at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification
• Strong expertise in MRI protocols and image optimization
• Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Proven ability to adapt across diverse clinical environments and systems
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and MRI safety
