• • As a Lead Programmer, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass leading the development and implementation of complex code for sophisticated healthcare software projects, adhering strictly to company project plans. You will be responsible for writing advanced code that is clean, modular, and thoroughly testable, ensuring it meets the highest quality standards. A key aspect of this role involves documenting all code meticulously according to company standards, providing clear and comprehensive records for future reference and maintenance. You will also play a crucial role in team development by delegating lesser complex coding tasks to other programmers, providing guidance, and ensuring the completeness and validity of their contributions before integrating their work seamlessly into the larger codebase. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing comprehensive test cases to validate code functionality and performance, and proactively modifying or correcting existing computer code when flaws or ineffectiveness are identified. This includes facilitating both Frontend development for intuitive data input and Backend development for robust data output and reporting.
