- • Produce high-quality video content for Veeva’s industry-leading SaaS products in the life sciences sector, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives.
- • Collaborate with experienced video producers and designers to assist in all stages of video production, including editing, motion graphics, and animation.
- • Take full ownership of multimedia projects from initial brief through final delivery, operating with minimal direct supervision due to the distributed, international nature of the team.
- • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously across different product lines, maintaining consistent quality and timely delivery under tight deadlines.
- • Adapt video content for diverse platforms and audiences, including web, social media, internal communications, and customer-facing channels.
- • Ensure all produced content adheres to regulatory and compliance standards specific to the life sciences industry.
- • Contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and visual communication while maintaining brand consistency across all outputs.
- • Review and refine rough cuts, color grade footage, sync audio, and add motion graphics to elevate the final product.
- • Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and version control systems to support team efficiency and scalability.
- • Stay current with emerging video technologies, editing tools, and production trends to continuously improve content quality and production workflows.
- • Work across international time zones to coordinate with global stakeholders, including marketing, product, and compliance teams.
- • Participate in creative reviews and feedback sessions, incorporating input from cross-functional teams to refine deliverables.
- • Support the Creative Services team in sourcing, organizing, and managing stock media, music, and visual assets as needed for production.
- • Ensure all video content is accessible by incorporating captions, transcripts, and inclusive design practices where applicable.
- • Maintain a strong understanding of Veeva’s mission, values, and the unique needs of life sciences customers to inform content strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Multimedia Producer or similar role with a portfolio showcasing video editing, animation, and production work
- • Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
- • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision in a distributed, global team environment
- • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and ability to produce content that consistently aligns with corporate identity
- • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals) is preferred
- • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines across international time zones
