Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end relationship with Allegion’s most strategic national accounts in the commercial construction and facility-services space, acting as the single point of accountability for revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction across Stanley Access Technologies’ portfolio of automatic doors, IoT-enabled entrance solutions, and recurring-maintenance programs.
- • Develop and execute a three-year growth plan for each assigned account that blends product sales, aftermarket service, retrofit upgrades, and subscription-based RMR (recurring monthly revenue) offerings; translate that plan into quarterly objectives, monthly scorecards, and weekly action items that keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable.
- • Lead complex negotiations for multi-year, multi-site master agreements, RFP responses, and contract renewals valued up to $50 M+; structure pricing tiers, service-level agreements, and capex partnerships that protect margin while accelerating share-of-wallet expansion.
- • Orchestrate virtual and on-site quarterly business reviews with C-suite, procurement, and facility-management stakeholders, using data-driven storytelling to showcase ROI, identify white-space opportunities, and secure strategic road-map commitments that outpace competitors.
- • Champion the adoption of Stanley’s IoT-connected entrance systems and predictive-maintenance analytics by co-creating pilot programs, ROI models, and change-management plans that turn early adopters into reference customers and fuel national roll-outs.
- • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to design account-specific solutions—ranging from custom door configurations to turnkey installation packages—that solve unique safety, security, and ADA-compliance challenges for big-box retail, healthcare, higher-education, and logistics verticals.
- • Build and mentor a virtual cross-functional pursuit team (Sales Engineers, Project Managers, Service Directors, Finance Analysts) that can mobilize within 24 hours to respond to urgent RFQs, site surveys, or escalations, ensuring every customer touch-point reflects Allegion’s Gallup-award-winning culture.
- • Systematically prospect beyond the current customer list by mapping national facility portfolios, leveraging industry data, and orchestrating multi-channel campaigns that convert cold targets into qualified pipeline worth 3× annual quota within 24 months.
- • Represent Stanley Access Technologies at major trade shows (e.g., NFMT, ISC West, NeoCon), delivering thought-leadership presentations, capturing voice-of-customer insights, and feeding market intelligence back into product road-maps and pricing strategies.
- • Serve as a visible culture carrier for Allegion Values—Act with Integrity, Be Safe & Healthy, Serve Others, Run with It—by mentoring junior sellers, sharing best practices across regions, and volunteering in community safety initiatives supported by the Allegion Foundation.
