- • As a National Sales Representative for Brown & Brown Insurance's CTI Audit Solutions organization, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new sales opportunities through strategic relationship-building and targeted outreach to external prospects and internal channel partners.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading sales efforts, identifying and nurturing prospects, creating and managing opportunities in the Wrike tool, responding to RFPs, developing proposals, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating with internal teams on sales strategy, marketing initiatives, and customer insights.
- • You will work within a meritocratic culture that values self-starters and customer-centric innovation, partnering closely with sales support, audit operations, and business units to align solutions with market needs and deliver tailored value propositions.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in healthcare/pharmacy sales, sharpen consultative selling skills, master sales enablement tools like Wrike and CRM systems, and contribute to the development of annual sales and marketing plans while building a track record of revenue growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional experience in a sales role
- • 1+ years of pharmacy/healthcare industry experience
- • Proficient with MS Office Suite
- • Experience working with public and private sector prospects and clients
- • Willingness to travel 25% of the time
- • College education with emphasis in Business or related field (preferred)
- • Previous marketing experience (preferred)
- • Previous CRM tool management experience (preferred)
