📋 Description

• • As a Mid-Level Network Administrator at Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., you will play a key role in maintaining day-to-day enterprise network operations in partnership with the Network Operations Center (NOC) and business customers, ensuring reliable connectivity and optimal performance across a geographically distributed infrastructure.
• • You will triage, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents involving routing, switching, wireless, and edge connectivity; implement approved low-risk configuration changes; and support network adds, moves, changes, upgrades, and deployments using Aruba, Cisco, and Versa SD-WAN platforms.
