- • Senior Network Engineer responsible for architectural design, implementation, and highest-level support of Anaplan’s global enterprise network infrastructure.
- • Day-to-day duties include leading network design for new office sites, monitoring and maintaining network gear and SaaS services, providing expert-level support for Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto firewalls, Global Protect VPN, and Portnox, managing ticket queues and escalations, acting as final escalation point for critical issues, mentoring junior team members, and developing documentation for runbooks and implementation guidelines.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of extensive experience managing and designing corporate IT network systems in a modern, global environment
- • Deep expertise and strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, Global Protect VPN, and Portnox
- • BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- • Ability to work rotating shifts and provide leadership in a 24x7 shift operation, including on-call rotations
- • Excellent team player with superior communication skills, able to collaborate effectively in a globally dispersed environment
