📋 Description

• • As a Network Engineer for Real-Time Infrastructure at Deepgram, you will own the global network infrastructure that enables ultra-low-latency voice AI processing, directly impacting the performance of real-time speech-to-text and voice agent services used by hundreds of thousands of developers and over 1,300 organizations worldwide.
• • You will architect and optimize global network paths for real-time audio streaming, design edge and CDN strategies, manage BGP and load balancing across hybrid cloud and bare metal environments, build monitoring tooling for latency optimization, and collaborate with platform teams to support both inference and training workloads while establishing security best practices.
• • Deepgram is a leader in the Voice AI economy, powering real-time transcription and voice agents for major tech companies through its cloud APIs and self-hosted solutions, backed by significant funding and processing over 50,000 years of audio and 1 trillion words transcribed.
• • In this role, you will shape network strategy from the ground up, solve unique challenges in GPU cluster and AI workload networking, and continuously innovate in a fast-paced, AI-first environment where adapting to rapid change and experimenting with new technologies is essential to success.
