- • As a NOC Engineer II at LivePerson, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of the company’s global Conversational Cloud platform, which powers nearly a billion monthly interactions for leading brands like HSBC, Chipotle, and Virgin Media.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring services and servers across six global data centers (~6K servers), detecting and responding to production incidents, triggering operational procedures, troubleshooting issues, managing internal incident notifications, and coordinating with the Support team to ensure timely resolution of customer-impacting events.
- • You will work within LivePerson’s Network Operations Center, a mission-critical team responsible for maintaining service availability and performance for ~10K customers and millions of real-time engagements, operating in a hybrid model with onsite presence except during nights and weekends.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in network operations, incident management, and cloud infrastructure (particularly GCP and Linux environments), while developing strong communication, multitasking, and crisis-response skills in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least one year of experience in a similar NOC or monitoring role, with 1.5–2 years considered a significant advantage
- • Ability to work rotating 8–9 hour shifts (07:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–07:00) in a 24x7 environment, including weekends and holidays
- • Proficiency in Linux operating systems and hands-on experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly under pressure
- • Experience with networking fundamentals and monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, or Anodot is advantageous
- • Familiarity with scripting or programming languages and relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) is a plus
