Observability Specialist

📋 Description

• • As an Observability Specialist at Deel, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable observability solutions for cloud-native environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and cost efficiency across AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) infrastructures.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include operating and optimizing self-hosted monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Tempo), managing DataDog for metrics, logs, APM, and alerts, automating infrastructure via Terraform and Helm, integrating monitoring into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and collaborating with DevOps, SRE, and Engineering teams to embed observability best practices.
