Observability Specialist

📋 Description

• • The Observability Specialist will own the design, implementation, and evolution of Deel’s monitoring and observability ecosystem across its cloud-native SaaS platform, ensuring high system reliability, performance visibility, and cost-efficient monitoring at scale.
• • Day to day, the role involves designing and maintaining scalable observability solutions for AWS and Kubernetes environments, operating self-hosted stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Tempo), managing DataDog, optimizing monitoring costs, automating infrastructure via Terraform and Helm, integrating monitoring into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with DevOps, SRE, and Engineering teams to embed best practices.
