Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of facilities management tasks, ensuring a seamless and productive environment for all iwocans.

- • You will own and deliver a dynamic schedule of events throughout the year, designed to keep our community connected, engaged, and entertained. This includes major company-wide celebrations such as our Summer and Winter parties and retreats, as well as smaller, regular events like pancake days, table tennis tournaments, and cultural celebrations such as Eid, ensuring a diverse and inclusive range of activities.
- • Your proactive and anticipatory approach will be key. You will be expected to identify potential issues before they arise and implement solutions to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- • This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact on the employee experience at iwoca, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment that aligns with our mission to support small businesses.
- • You will be a champion for our office spaces and community initiatives, embodying iwoca's values and contributing to our reputation as a great place to work.
- • Your ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs will be essential in this fast-paced environment.
- • You will contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our office facilities and community programs, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.
