• • Pioneer the use of AI-driven content optimization (AIO) within SEO guardrails—defining tone, structure, and entity guidelines so LLM outputs stay brand-safe, helpful, and algorithm-proof as Google’s SGE evolves.
• • Stay ahead of algorithm updates, SERP layout changes, and emerging LLM search behaviors; run quarterly “SEO hackathons” to test bold hypotheses, then socialize winning tactics across 900+ Hostinger colleagues via lightning talks and playbooks.
• • Champion localization SEO best practices—working with native linguists to balance global consistency with local nuance, ensuring hreflang, currency, and cultural signals boost regional visibility and trust.
• • Translate complex SEO wins into business language for executives: forecast traffic and revenue uplift, present board-ready reports, and secure buy-in for bigger bets like programmatic page generation or interactive tools.
