  • • Be the first impression that 1,000+ hair & beauty salons across the DACH region have of Salonkee. As our German-speaking Onboarding Specialist you will own the critical first 30 days of every new customer’s lifecycle, turning freshly signed contracts into confident, power-users who can’t imagine running their business without our all-in-one SaaS platform.
  • • Design and deliver high-impact, 2–3-hour remote training sessions that mix live demos, interactive Q&A and hands-on practice. You will adapt each session to the size and maturity of the salon—from single-chair studios to 50-station chains—so every stakeholder, from receptionist to franchise owner, walks away knowing exactly how Salonkee will save them time and grow their revenue.
  • • Translate complex product features into simple, salon-friendly language. You will create bite-sized onboarding checklists, short Loom videos and FAQ cheat-sheets in German, then localise them for Swiss-German and Austrian nuances, ensuring consistent messaging across markets.
  • • Act as the single point of contact during onboarding. You will triage questions about appointment calendars, online booking widgets, POS integrations, loyalty programmes and marketing automations, escalating only when a technical deep-dive is required. Your average first-response time will be <2 hours on weekdays.
  • • Monitor onboarding health in real time. Using our CRM and product-usage dashboards, you will flag at-risk accounts—those who haven’t activated online payments, enabled automated reminders or uploaded their service menu—and proactively schedule booster sessions before churn risk rises.
  • • Collaborate daily with Sales, Product and Customer Success. You will relay field insights that shape roadmap priorities (e.g., “salons want a colour-formula library”), co-write release notes for German-speaking users and pilot beta features with friendly customers to gather feedback pre-launch.
  • • Drive “WOW!” moments that turn users into advocates. Whether it’s surprising a new salon with a personalised Instagram launch kit or celebrating their first 100 online bookings with a virtual champagne toast, you will script memorable touchpoints that fuel referrals and 5-star reviews.
  • • Own continuous improvement. After each onboarding cycle you will run retros, A/B test new training formats and update our knowledge base so that next month’s cohort onboards 10 % faster and 15 % more completely.
  • • Represent Salonkee at trade fairs in Cologne, Munich and Vienna. You will host live demo pods, capture leads for the Sales team and gather on-the-ground intel about competitor moves and emerging salon pain points.
  • • Champion diversity and inclusion inside Salonkee. You will help translate internal comms into German, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to our culture of open feedback, ensuring every team member—regardless of background—feels heard and valued.
