📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Premium and Pro customers in the Iberia market during the onboarding process, delivering the first impression of the Perk platform.
• Develop and execute tailored onboarding strategies that align with each customer’s organizational needs, ensuring seamless transition from signup to full platform adoption.
• Lead change management initiatives within customer organizations by guiding stakeholders through platform implementation, policy alignment, and workflow integration.
• Configure customer accounts according to specific requirements, including setting up custom fields, reporting structures, and integration parameters with third-party systems.
• Conduct consultative conversations to gather customer requirements, identify pain points, and translate them into actionable implementation plans.
• Leverage AI-powered tools such as Claude and its connectors to automate administrative and technical tasks, freeing capacity for high-value strategic customer guidance.
• Review meeting transcripts and call logs via Gong to capture critical customer data, including integration needs, policy nuances, and custom reporting requests, ensuring no loss of context.
• Design and deliver training sessions for end-users and executive stakeholders, using customized guides, templates, and best practices to drive platform adoption and long-term success.
• Monitor post-implementation customer booking behavior to validate configuration accuracy and proactively offer support or optimization recommendations.
• Own the end-to-end timeline and execution of customer onboarding, coordinating internal teams and acting as the subject matter expert in change management and platform implementation.
• Drive urgency and alignment among customer stakeholders by providing influential, data-driven recommendations to accelerate rollout timelines.
• Participate in AI-driven coaching and scorecard reviews to continuously refine presentation style, call flow control, and objection handling techniques.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments on special projects, ensuring clear communication of timelines, tasks, risks, and issues to all team members.
• Embrace a continuous improvement mindset by regularly assessing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing scalable solutions that evolve with team and organizational growth.
• Act as a mentor and role model for other Implementation Team members and the broader Revenue organization, promoting best practices in customer-centric implementation.
• Maintain deep familiarity with Perk’s platform capabilities and stay updated on new features to provide accurate, forward-looking advice to customers.
• Ensure all customer interactions reflect Perk’s values of ownership, 7-star experience, and teamwork, fostering trust and long-term customer relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native level of Spanish, with fluency in English
• Proven experience as an Implementation Specialist, Account Manager, Customer Success professional, Project Manager, or in a related customer-facing role
• Practical exposure to SaaS productivity tools, Gong (or similar conversation analytics software), and AI-powered productivity assistants
• Demonstrated overachievement against targets or performance expectations in previous roles
• Strong project management, persuasive communication, and technical/business acumen skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing competing priorities
