You will play a pivotal role within our first line of defence, ensuring the continuous, efficient, and reliable operation of critical workstreams that underpin our ability to scale and meet stringent regulatory requirements.
• • As an integral part of the Ongoing Monitoring team, you will report to the Lead Operations Manager and take full ownership of a specific Ongoing Monitoring Function workstream. This includes managing headcount, forecasting workload, and defining and executing strategies to meet Tide's Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• • Your responsibilities will extend to monitoring, analyzing, and escalating issues across a variety of crucial areas, including transaction monitoring, card payment monitoring, sanctions screening, and international payments. You will be instrumental in ensuring these operations run smoothly and without disruption, contributing directly to the security and integrity of Tide's financial services.
• • A key aspect of this role involves continuous improvement. You will be tasked with identifying opportunities for optimization, investigating production issues, and proposing effective workarounds and long-term solutions. This proactive approach is essential for maintaining operational excellence as Tide expands its presence in the UK and new EU markets.
