- • The Operational Engineer II role at CSG Systems International, Inc. is critical to designing and implementing cross-product integration solutions that ensure seamless connectivity across SSO, UX, APIs, and automated workflows, directly supporting the company’s mission to empower businesses with unforgettable customer experiences.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building, testing, deploying, and operating end-to-end services on AWS, managing containerized applications with Kubernetes, developing automation and features using Python and C#, maintaining infrastructure via Terraform, and ensuring system reliability through monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
- • The role involves owning the full lifecycle of services, managing Work Order processes for onboarding internal and external identity providers, and collaborating with engineering teams to enhance system reliability, scalability, and integration.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4–5 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or related roles
- • Strong experience with AWS cloud environments
- • Proficiency in Python and C#
- • Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
- • Experience with containers and Kubernetes
- • Strong understanding of APIs, web portals, and distributed systems
- • Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident management in production environments
- • Ability to manage end-to-end delivery (build, test, deploy, operate)
- • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- • Good communication and collaboration skills
