📋 Description

• Operational Engineering Lead responsible for guiding F5 application delivery engineering function and stewarding a highly scaled, mission-critical traffic management and security platform supporting global SaaS services.
• Direct and mentor a specialized team responsible for F5-based application delivery services; define performance expectations, service objectives, and engineering quality practices; manage hiring, coaching, and career growth for platform engineers; reinforce a culture centered on accountability, resilience, and continuous improvement; oversee design, lifecycle, and operations of enterprise F5 traffic management and security services; ensure platform resilience, capacity health, and availability across redundant device architectures; provide leadership during critical incidents affecting application delivery layers; establish disciplined governance for platform and configuration changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of operational technical experience and managing team
• Extensive experience administering F5 BIG-IP in large enterprise or SaaS environments
• Deep knowledge of local and global traffic management concepts
• Strong background in TLS termination and certificate operations at scale
• Experience managing large bodies of traffic-control logic and policies
