• • The Operations and Maintenance Technician – Azure Landing Zone & Azure Virtual Desktop role supports the day-to-day health, stability, and operational performance of Azure Landing Zone infrastructure and Azure Virtual Desktop environments, ensuring reliable cloud services for enterprise clients.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring platform health, troubleshooting user connectivity and session performance issues, administering core Azure services (virtual networks, storage, monitoring), assisting with session host provisioning and image updates, enforcing governance via Azure Policy and RBAC, participating in incident response and change management, and maintaining operational documentation and runbooks.
