- • Operate and monitor day-to-day insurance and health services processes including claim reimbursement, fraud detection, provider network management, and member onboarding/offboarding.
- • Perform hands-on operational tasks such as invoicing, claims treatment, quality controls, and verification of decisions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- • Track and analyze operational metrics including volumes, efficiency, and SLAs to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- • Supervise and maintain relationships with external service providers (e.g., teleconsultation platforms, opticians, claim operators) to ensure service continuity and performance alignment.
- • Participate in negotiation rounds with third-party partners and manage daily communication to uphold service standards and resolve operational issues.
- • Implement continuous process improvements by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to automate workflows, enhance documentation, and streamline internal and external communications.
- • Audit operational procedures to detect training gaps, inconsistencies, or systemic errors and recommend corrective actions for internal teams and external partners.
- • Escalate member and operational feedback to prioritize initiatives that enhance service quality, efficiency, and user experience.
- • Work within dedicated operational pools (3–7 members) focused on specific service areas such as Claims, Fraud, Therapy, or Set-up, with potential to rotate across scopes based on business needs and personal interest.
- • Maintain high standards of attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- • Communicate clearly and structurally in both English and French or Dutch, ensuring accurate documentation and effective collaboration across teams.
- • Act as a proactive problem-solver with a member-centric mindset, digging deep into operational issues to uncover root causes and drive sustainable solutions.
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational demands, demonstrating flexibility across different service domains and evolving company needs.
- • Contribute to building a prevention-first healthcare model by ensuring seamless, efficient, and delightful experiences for both member and corporate clients.
- • Support internal teams through documentation, live assistance, and process guidance to improve overall operational effectiveness.
- • Embrace a culture of ownership and accountability, taking initiative to improve processes even when not directly responsible for them.
- • Engage in a data-driven approach to operations, using analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.

- • Experience operating processes and services at scale, particularly in startup, industrial, or logistics environments
- • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with exceptional attention to detail
- • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and either French or Dutch
- • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting operational data to drive improvements
