- • Design, develop, and maintain content and curriculum for internal operations training programs to ensure consistent onboarding and upskilling across teams.
- • Collaborate with operations leaders to identify skill gaps and translate operational workflows into clear, scalable learning materials.
- • Create and update training documentation, including step-by-step guides, video scripts, FAQs, and knowledge base articles aligned with current processes.
- • Partner with HR and L&D teams to integrate operations curriculum into existing onboarding and professional development pathways.
- • Deliver live training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning modules to employees at all levels, adapting delivery style for diverse learning needs.
- • Gather feedback from trainees and subject matter experts to continuously improve content accuracy, relevance, and engagement.
- • Ensure all training materials comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to B2B payments and invoicing.
- • Track and report on training completion rates, learner performance, and program effectiveness using internal learning management systems.
- • Stay current on industry trends in operations enablement, B2B payments, and ERP/eCommerce integrations to keep curriculum aligned with evolving business needs.
- • Serve as a subject matter expert on TreviPay’s payment network, trade credit options, and system integrations to inform training content.
- • Coordinate with IT and product teams to ensure training materials reflect accurate system functionality and updates.
- • Maintain a centralized repository of all operations curriculum assets, ensuring version control and easy access for global teams.
- • Support cross-functional initiatives by providing training resources for new product launches, process changes, or system migrations.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to automate or streamline content delivery, reducing redundancy and improving learner retention.
- • Represent the Operations Enablement function in company-wide meetings, contributing insights on training impact and employee readiness.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience developing and delivering operational training programs in a B2B or SaaS environment
- • Strong ability to translate complex workflows into clear, actionable learning content
- • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools
- • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and operations
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- • Familiarity with ERP systems, eCommerce platforms, or B2B payment processing is preferred
