- • The Operations Engineer role at Xsolla is critical to maintaining the reliability and performance of a global platform that supports game developers and players worldwide. As part of the Global Technical Operations (GTO) team, you will ensure high availability of services by monitoring, investigating, and resolving production incidents while driving continuous improvements in observability, incident response, and stakeholder communication.
- • Day to day, you will monitor production systems for anomalies, investigate and troubleshoot incidents across distributed systems, contribute to incident post-mortems, enhance alerting and observability practices, write clear incident updates and shift handoffs, and collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve system resilience and communication during outages.
- • You will join the Global Technical Operations (GTO) team at Xsolla, a global commerce company powering video game industry success. Xsolla provides payment, distribution, marketing, and monetization tools to over 1,500+ game developers, operating as the merchant of record and enabling creators to reach players worldwide from its Los Angeles headquarters.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in site reliability engineering (SRE), observability platforms, incident management, and scripting for automation. You will gain hands-on experience improving SLAs, refining runbooks, and influencing cross-team communication during high-severity events — building a strong foundation for advancement in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
