- • As a Senior Operations Engineer, you will act as the first responder for production incidents, ensuring quick triage and resolution of critical issues to maintain system reliability and uptime.
- • You will collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to improve observability, logging, and alerting across the application stack, while handling deployment and configuration of the ACB solution in production environments.
- • You will create and maintain operational playbooks and SOPs, participate in Agile ceremonies, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with global teams across time zones to ensure seamless operations.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in cloud-native technologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise application operations, while growing as a technical leader in a globally distributed team supporting telecom billing solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- • Minimum 5 years of experience managing and operating enterprise-grade applications.
- • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools – Azure DevOps preferred.
- • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and relational databases like PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
- • Experience deploying and managing cloud-native applications using AWS services.
- • Exposure to the telecom billing domain is a strong advantage.
- • Excellent communication and customer support skills.
- • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and handle production support.
