• • As an Operations Lead, Partnerships at Replit, you will be instrumental in architecting and executing the operational framework for our burgeoning partnership programs. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives on building robust systems and processes from the ground up, ensuring that Replit can effectively scale its reach and impact through strategic alliances. You will be the linchpin connecting our innovative platform with external entities, enabling us to tap into new channels and user segments with unparalleled efficiency and effectiveness.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to own the end-to-end lifecycle of these partnership programs. This encompasses the initial strategic design, the seamless onboarding of partners, and the ongoing management required to foster mutual success. You will be tasked with defining what success looks like for each program, establishing clear objectives, and implementing the operational mechanisms to achieve them.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves cultivating and nurturing relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders. This includes, but is not limited to, accelerators that foster early-stage startups, hyperscalers that provide essential infrastructure, and specialized communities that represent key user groups. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be crucial in driving pipeline generation and unlocking valuable co-marketing opportunities that amplify Replit's presence and adoption.
• • You will be responsible for developing sophisticated, tiered program structures. These structures will be meticulously designed with clearly defined benefits for partners at each tier, specific milestones that partners need to achieve, and measurable success metrics that will be rigorously tracked. This structured approach ensures clarity, incentivizes engagement, and provides a framework for evaluating program effectiveness.
• • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work hand-in-hand with our Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure that participants within these partnership programs not only engage with Replit but also transition to paid plans and demonstrate sustained growth in their usage over time. Your operational insights will directly contribute to revenue generation and user expansion.
• • A key deliverable will be the diligent tracking and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes monitoring enrollment rates, activation levels, retention statistics, and the overall revenue contribution stemming from each partnership program. Your data-driven approach will provide critical insights for program optimization and strategic decision-making.
• • Furthermore, you will play an active role in identifying and recruiting high-potential users and partners who can serve as compelling showcases for Replit's capabilities. This involves sourcing individuals and organizations for case studies, community spotlights, and other promotional activities that highlight the transformative impact of our platform.
