- • In this pivotal role, you will own projects from their inception, starting with identifying critical operational challenges and culminating in successful implementation. Your approach will be data-informed, leveraging metrics to guide decisions and rigorously measure the impact of your efforts. You will be responsible for defining the most effective strategies to tackle complex operational issues, skillfully prioritizing a diverse range of initiatives to ensure maximum impact and alignment with Deel's strategic objectives.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing and refining existing operational workflows, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce friction. A significant aspect of this role involves supporting and driving automation initiatives. You will play a crucial part in reducing manual processes, thereby improving both the accuracy and speed of our operations, which is critical in a fast-paced global environment.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of this position. You will partner closely with various cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support, to streamline tools and processes. This collaborative effort will benefit both our internal teams, enabling them to work more effectively, and our external customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience with Deel's platform.
- • Maintaining the integrity of our operations is paramount. You will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to operational controls, compliance requirements, and robust risk management practices. This includes contributing actively to fraud prevention efforts and ensuring regulatory alignment across the EMEA region by upholding the highest operational standards.
- • Continuous monitoring of operational performance metrics is essential. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify potential risks or performance gaps, and proactively escalate these to leadership with clear insights and proposed solutions. Your focus will be on driving customer-centric process improvements, aiming to significantly enhance turnaround times, elevate resolution quality, and optimize the handling of escalations.
- • To further empower our users and reduce internal workload, you will work on expanding and improving self-service options. This initiative aims to decrease dependency on manual support, allowing our teams to focus on more complex and strategic tasks.
- • Establishing and maintaining regular feedback loops will be a critical component of your role. You will implement mechanisms to capture valuable insights from both internal teams and customers, using this feedback to inform and drive continuous improvement cycles across all operational areas.
- • You will play a key role in ensuring operational readiness for new product launches and market expansions. This involves close coordination with cross-functional stakeholders to anticipate needs, prepare resources, and ensure a smooth rollout. Furthermore, you will assist with go-to-market initiatives by proactively identifying and removing operational bottlenecks, thereby ensuring smooth adoption and success.
- • A core responsibility will be to meticulously track and report on operational outcomes. You will provide leadership with clear, concise reports that offer actionable insights and strategic recommendations for further optimization and growth.
