• • As an Operations Manager for Market Expansion, you will be an integral part of a dynamic and high-impact Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the execution of Legora's strategic market expansion initiatives. While market expansion is your core focus, we embrace a T-shaped competence model, encouraging you to develop a broad understanding of how the entire company operates. You will collaborate closely with key departments including Growth, Finance, Legal, People, Product, and Engineering to instill structure into complex international launches, ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration, and establish repeatable, scalable processes for new market entries.
• • Your role will encompass leading market expansion workstreams from the initial planning stages through to successful launch and early-stage scaling. This involves partnering with Finance and Growth teams to define the strategic rationale for market entry and then taking ownership of the execution – the "how" we enter and establish a presence. You will be instrumental in translating high-level priorities into detailed, actionable execution plans, clearly defining ownership, critical milestones, potential risks, and measurable success metrics.

This means ensuring that all involved teams are adequately prepared, equipped, and aligned to execute a successful launch.
