📋 Description
- • Recruit target healthcare professionals (HCPs) and follow up on their participation in market research studies through phone and email communications.
- • Initiate and manage outbound calls to HCPs to ensure timely enrollment and completion of market research projects according to established deadlines.
- • Increase engagement of healthcare professionals by promoting collaboration in market research studies based on company standards and protocols.
- • Provide customer service support to HCPs throughout the recruitment and participation process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- • Utilize internal digital platforms and tools to manage outreach campaigns, track HCP participation, and ensure accurate data entry and real-time monitoring of fieldwork status.
- • Interpret data dashboards and operational reports to identify bottlenecks in recruitment, prioritize follow-up actions, and optimize engagement strategies.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of platform-driven workflows by providing actionable insights and suggesting operational optimizations based on data trends and field feedback.
- • Adapt communication approaches dynamically across different projects and digital platforms to maximize response rates and HCP retention.
- • Transition qualified HCPs into the official Incentive Program and assist with alignment to local fiscal and legal regulations in Spain.
- • Collaborate effectively with multicultural and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of global healthcare market research initiatives.
- • Maintain compliance with IQVIA’s integrity standards and data accuracy protocols in all recruitment and reporting activities.
- • Work from the Madrid Production Hub office to support fieldwork operations for healthcare market research projects across Europe.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native or bilingual proficiency in French or Dutch
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- • Strong communication skills
- • Experience in customer service (advantageous)
- • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
