- • Scale Army Careers is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic, network-driven organization. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates located in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. As this role directly supports our U.S.-based clients, successful candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours, specifically aligned with the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone (9 AM - 5 PM EST).

- • As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our top-of-funnel outbound outreach and lead qualification efforts. You will own the execution of outbound strategies across email and LinkedIn, meticulously qualify prospects against a clearly defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), maintain impeccable CRM hygiene within HubSpot, and diligently book qualified meetings for our leadership team. This role demands strong analytical judgment, a structured and methodical thinking process, and a disciplined approach to qualification, especially in complex environments where not all critical signals are readily apparent or publicly visible.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Lead Generation & Research: Proactively source and research new leads through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, in-depth web research, industry-specific publications, and reputable lead list providers. You will be responsible for building and meticulously maintaining targeted prospect lists that align precisely with our defined ICP. This involves verifying company details, identifying key decision-makers, and prioritizing accounts based on critical indicators such as the number of physical locations, specific business types (e.g., fitness, wellness, beauty, spa, brick-and-mortar establishments), operating region, and market presence.
- • Outbound Outreach (Email & LinkedIn): Execute sophisticated outbound sequences across both email and LinkedIn platforms, utilizing approved messaging frameworks. A key aspect of this role is personalizing outreach efforts to resonate with individual prospects and managing structured, consistent follow-ups. You will engage prospects professionally and strategically through comments, connection requests, and direct messages, always maintaining the established brand tone and voice.
- • Lead Qualification (ICP Fit & Intent): Qualify leads rigorously against our ICP criteria using insights gleaned from LinkedIn and web research. This includes assessing factors such as the number of locations, business type, operating region and time zone compatibility, the relevance of the decision-maker's role, team size or workforce signals (where available), and any discoverable budget or intent indicators. You will apply a structured dispositioning framework: 'Qualified' (to book a meeting), 'Nurture' (to route to follow-up or relevant resources), or 'Disqualify' (clearly documenting the reason).
- • HubSpot CRM Management: Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date records within HubSpot. This encompasses contact and company data, source attribution, lead status, lifecycle stage, and disposition. You will meticulously log all activity, including concise qualification notes, ensuring that all outreach and qualification efforts are visible, auditable, and contribute to a clean database. You will also actively support list hygiene through deduplication, segmentation, and data cleanup initiatives.
- • Appointment Setting & Discovery: Successfully book qualified meetings for our leadership team or sales executives. When necessary, you will conduct brief qualification calls (10-15 minutes) to gather essential information. Following these calls, you will provide detailed handoff notes, ensuring sales conversations begin with complete context and a clear understanding of the prospect's needs.
