  • • In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, initiating outbound calls to a high volume of prospects daily. Your primary objective will be to engage individuals, assess their needs for home and auto insurance, and expertly qualify them according to established criteria. This is not a role for the faint of heart; it demands a consistent, energetic, and professional approach, even when faced with high call volumes and repetitive tasks. You will be working with a meticulously designed, script-driven process, ensuring that every interaction is consistent, compliant, and effective in identifying genuine interest.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve utilizing an auto-dialer to make between 400 and 500 outbound calls. This requires a high level of focus, efficiency, and the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout extended calling periods. You will be trained on specific scripts and call flows, which are crucial for navigating conversations, gathering necessary information, and ultimately delivering a qualified live transfer to our client's licensed insurance agents. The success of the sales team hinges on the quality and quantity of these transfers, making your role absolutely critical to the overall business objectives.
  • • This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a metrics-driven culture and are motivated by clear targets and performance-based rewards. You will be expected to meet and consistently exceed monthly live transfer benchmarks. Success will be measured not only by the number of transfers but also by the quality of those transfers, ensuring that the agents receiving them have a high probability of closing a sale. Accuracy in call dispositioning and strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are paramount to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the sales funnel.
  • • Beyond the outbound calling, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational flow. This includes accurately logging call outcomes, following established workflows, and providing clear, concise feedback to your trainers and team leads. Effective communication is key; you'll need to be proactive in raising any issues, seeking clarification, and sharing insights that can help optimize the process. Your ability to adapt to feedback and continuously improve your performance will be highly valued.
  • • The client's model is built on precision and consistency. Therefore, strict adherence to scripts, call flows, and all training guidelines is non-negotiable. This structured approach ensures a predictable and scalable sales process, allowing for continuous improvement and optimization.   • • This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe. However, it is essential to note that to effectively support U.S.-based clients, you must be available to work during U.S. business hours, specifically aligning with either 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST. This ensures seamless communication and live transfer delivery during peak client operating times.
  • • We are looking for candidates who possess proven experience in telemarketing or high-volume call center environments, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with scripted outbound calling. Prior experience in the insurance industry, particularly with home and auto policies, is a significant advantage, as is familiarity with live transfer sales models.
