This role is pivotal in driving growth and fostering strong customer relationships within the vibrant Houston/South Texas region.
  • • As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for actively soliciting, presenting, and selling our extensive product lines to both new and existing customers on a daily basis. Your ability to articulate product features, benefits, and availability will be crucial in meeting customer needs and exceeding sales targets.
  • • You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of our product literature, enabling you to effectively convey technical information and product solutions to a diverse customer base. This involves conducting compelling sales presentations that highlight the value and advantages of partnering with Keystone Automotive Operations.
  • • A fundamental aspect of this role is to diligently prospect for new accounts, leveraging a variety of lead sources and market intelligence. You will then be tasked with visiting these newly established accounts to build rapport, understand their specific requirements, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • • Furthermore, you will actively engage with established accounts that possess significant upside potential for development. This requires a strategic approach to account management, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deepening our partnership.
  • • Collaboration is key to success. You will work closely with our Inside Sales staff, forming a cohesive unit to address customer issues, drive account development initiatives, contribute to regional development strategies, and execute effective maintenance planning.
  • • This role also involves managing product displays and scheduling maintenance for these displays, ensuring our brand presence is strong and our products are showcased effectively.
  • • You will be expected to maintain clear and consistent communication with your Regional Manager, providing regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends, whether remotely or in person.
  • • Adherence to established company policies and procedures is paramount, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance across all sales activities.
  • • This position demands a proactive and organized approach to managing your territory, prioritizing leads, and scheduling appointments efficiently to maximize your selling time.
  • • You will be the face of Keystone Automotive Operations in the field, building trust and credibility with customers through exceptional service and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • • The role offers a unique opportunity to become a trusted advisor to your clients, understanding their business challenges and offering tailored solutions from our comprehensive product catalog.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, grow your territory, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team and the company.
  • • You will be empowered to take ownership of your territory, developing innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  • • This is more than just a sales job; it's an opportunity to build a rewarding career within a stable and growing industry, backed by a company that values its employees and invests in their development.
  • • You will be provided with industry-leading product training and ongoing sales coaching to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to excel.
  • • The role requires a commitment to continuous learning, staying abreast of industry trends, new product introductions, and competitive landscapes.
  • • Your ability to manage your time effectively and maintain a high level of organization will be critical in navigating the demands of a field-based sales role.
  • • You will be an integral part of a team-driven environment, contributing to a positive and collaborative company culture that emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and fun.
  • • This position offers the chance to make a tangible impact on the company's growth and success by directly contributing to revenue generation and market expansion.
  • • You will be responsible for managing your travel schedule efficiently, ensuring maximum customer engagement while adhering to company guidelines.
  • • The role encourages initiative and proactivity in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, fostering a sense of entrepreneurship within your territory.
  • • You will be expected to handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as reporting, expense management, and CRM updates, with accuracy and timeliness.
  • • Ultimately, this role is about building lasting relationships, delivering exceptional value, and driving mutual success for both our customers and Keystone Automotive Operations.
