This dynamic, field-based role is centered on building and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing customers within the specialty automotive aftermarket, RV, and marine parts and accessories sectors.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to actively solicit, present, and sell our extensive product lines. This involves a proactive approach to identifying potential new accounts through various lead sources and diligently visiting these newly established accounts to foster initial engagement and understanding.
- • You will also be tasked with strategically visiting established accounts that demonstrate a high upside potential for development. This requires a keen understanding of customer needs and the ability to articulate how our products and services can contribute to their success and growth.

- • You will be responsible for conducting compelling sales presentations to both new and existing accounts, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs and challenges of each customer.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with the Inside Sales staff to address customer issues, strategize on account development, contribute to regional development plans, and coordinate maintenance planning, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- • This role also involves managing product displays and scheduling necessary maintenance to ensure our brand is well-represented and our products are showcased effectively.
- • You will be expected to communicate effectively and regularly with your Regional Manager, providing updates on sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights, as well as seeking guidance and support.

- • You will be empowered to identify growth opportunities within your territory, leveraging your sales expertise and understanding of our business systems to drive revenue and market share.
- • As a trusted advisor, you will aim to understand the unique challenges and goals of your customers, offering solutions that align with Keystone Automotive Operations' comprehensive product offerings.
- • The role demands strong time management and organizational skills to effectively plan your routes, manage your schedule, and prioritize customer interactions for maximum impact.
- • You will contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, working alongside colleagues to achieve shared goals and support the overall success of the company.
- • This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of North America's leading distributor in the specialty automotive aftermarket, RV, and marine sectors, contributing to a company culture that values commitment, customer service, execution, integrity, leadership, teamwork, and fun.
- • You will be instrumental in delivering the products that people need when they need them, playing a vital role in the supply chain and customer satisfaction.
- • Beyond sales, you will be an ambassador for Keystone Automotive Operations, embodying the company's core values and contributing to its reputation for excellence.
