- • Review and verify the accuracy of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads prior to launch, ensuring correct targeting, copy, creative assets, event details, and campaign settings.
- • Build, launch, and manage performance-driven digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads, with a focus on delivering measurable client outcomes.
- • Monitor ongoing campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable optimization recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- • Prepare recurring performance reports that summarize campaign results, highlight trends, and support data-driven decision-making for clients and internal teams.
- • Maintain strict quality control standards across multiple client accounts to ensure zero errors in campaign setup and execution.
- • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables using ClickUp, documenting meeting action items, tracking task progress, and following up to ensure deadlines are met.
- • Collaborate with internal teams including creatives, strategists, and account managers to align on campaign goals, timelines, and execution requirements.
- • Assist with advertising pixel implementation, testing, and conversion tracking setup to ensure accurate data collection and attribution.
- • Stay current with platform updates, paid media best practices, and emerging trends in digital advertising across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- • Support workflow improvements within the performance marketing team to enhance efficiency and scalability across client accounts.
- • Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously while maintaining clear communication, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced agency environment.
- • Contribute to campaign strategy development by providing insights based on performance data and client feedback.
- • Ensure all campaign documentation, asset versions, and client communications are accurately recorded and easily accessible within project management tools.
- • Support marketing operations by testing audience segments, validating tracking parameters, and assisting with audience creation and retargeting strategies.
- • Deliver consistent, high-quality campaign execution that aligns with client expectations and agency standards for performance and professionalism.
- • Work within U.S. business hours (9AM - 5PM PST) to support U.S.-based clients and maintain real-time collaboration with internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
- • Proven experience using ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management platforms
- • Strong proficiency in campaign quality assurance and paid media best practices
- • Experience preparing performance reports and delivering optimization recommendations
- • Experience with advertising pixel setup and conversion tracking
- • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or fast-paced marketing environment
