  • • We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Paid Media Lead with deep expertise in marketing technology, not just campaign optimization. This is a pivotal, hands-on role where you will be instrumental in diagnosing performance bottlenecks, gaining profound insights into user behavior through data analysis, architecting and implementing our tracking and analytics infrastructure, and designing and executing experiments that yield significant business growth. You will take ownership of our paid acquisition strategies across multiple brands, and critically, you will establish the foundational measurement, attribution, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and experimentation frameworks that will enable us to scale profitably.
  • • If you are passionate about merging paid media execution with advanced growth analytics, possess a strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) instrumentation for go-to-market strategies, excel in implementing experimentation frameworks, are adept at funnel optimization, and can derive meaningful cohort insights, this is a unique opportunity to build and refine our growth engine from the ground up. Your responsibilities will encompass:
  • • Strategic Paid Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive qualified leads and customer acquisition in alignment with business objectives.
  • • Growth Measurement and Analytics: Establish and maintain a robust analytics framework. This includes defining key performance indicators (KPIs), setting up comprehensive tracking (e.g., UTM parameters, event tracking), and ensuring data accuracy and integrity for all paid media activities.
  • • GA4 Instrumentation and Optimization: Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for precise tracking of user journeys, campaign performance, and conversion events. Ensure seamless integration with other marketing and business intelligence tools.
  • • Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Dive deep into performance data to identify trends, uncover insights into user behavior, diagnose conversion funnel drop-offs, and understand cohort performance. Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for campaign improvement and strategic adjustments.
  • • Experimentation and CRO: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other growth experiments across paid media campaigns, landing pages, and user funnels. Develop and implement CRO strategies to improve conversion rates and overall campaign efficiency.
  • • Attribution Modeling: Develop and refine attribution models to accurately understand the impact of different paid media channels and touchpoints on conversions, enabling better budget allocation and strategy refinement.
  • • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and data teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives, share insights, and drive integrated strategies. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the entire customer acquisition funnel.
  • • Budget Management and Performance Reporting: Manage paid media budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • • Automation and Efficiency: Identify opportunities for automation within paid media workflows and analytics processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • • Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously research and stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media, growth analytics, and marketing technology.
