To support this expansion, we are seeking a highly analytical and insightful Senior GTM Analyst to play a pivotal role in defining how performance is measured, forecasted, and understood across our Product-Led Growth (PLG), Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner channels. This role is perfectly suited for an individual who thrives on transforming complex, often messy, data into clear, actionable insights and desires to be closely involved in the strategic decisions that fuel business growth.
- • As the Senior GTM Analyst, you will be instrumental in building and fortifying the analytical bedrock of Blue J s go-to-market motion. Your responsibilities will encompass the design and implementation of sophisticated dashboards, the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs), the development of robust forecasting models, and close cross-functional collaboration to ensure that leadership teams are equipped with accurate, timely, and actionable insights into business performance. This is a hands-on individual contributor role offering significant exposure to leadership across PLG, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Revenue Operations (RevOps). You will be positioned at the heart of growth-driving decisions, playing a critical part in enabling the business to scale with enhanced clarity and disciplined execution.
- • **Go-to-Market Reporting & Dashboards:** You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining comprehensive go-to-market dashboards that meticulously track performance across the entire customer funnel. A key aspect of this will be ensuring that these dashboards are not only accurate and delivered in a timely manner but are also trusted implicitly by GTM teams and executive leadership. This involves translating complex datasets into clear, intuitive visualizations that effectively communicate performance trends and drive decisive action.
- • **KPI Definition & Governance:** You will establish and maintain standardized KPI definitions across all facets of the go-to-market organization, ensuring a unified understanding of success metrics. You will own a centralized metric repository, acting as the guardian of consistency and clarity in how we measure performance. Furthermore, you will partner closely with stakeholders to guarantee that these metrics are applied uniformly across different teams and reporting surfaces, fostering alignment and comparability.
- • **Analysis & Insights:** This role demands a proactive approach to performing ad-hoc analyses to address critical business questions related to growth, performance, and operational efficiency. You will be expected to proactively surface key insights, identify potential risks, and highlight emerging opportunities by leveraging data. You will provide essential analytical support to leadership for strategic decision-making and forward-looking planning, acting as a trusted advisor.
- • **Experimentation & Measurement:** You will develop and implement A/B testing and measurement standards that will be adopted across all GTM teams. Collaborating closely with Marketing and Product teams, you will ensure that experiments are designed with scientific rigor, measured consistently, and interpreted correctly to yield meaningful learnings.
- • **Forecasting & Planning:** You will partner with the Finance department to construct and manage sophisticated forecasting models for key GTM metrics. This includes developing and refining multiple forecasting methodologies to adapt to the evolving needs of a scaling business. You will also provide crucial data-driven forecasts and scenario analyses to support annual and quarterly business planning processes.
- • **Data Architecture & Enablement:** You will define the specifications for approved-for-use data marts or other democratized data assets. Working in tandem with RevOps, engineering, and GTM teams, you will ensure that data models are optimized to support reporting and analysis needs. Your efforts will contribute to establishing a consistent, reliable source of truth for data consumers across the entire business.
- • **Location Note:** While this is a primarily remote position, applicants must be within commuting distance of Toronto, Canada, to facilitate in-person meetings 1-2 times per quarter. All candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
