- • As a Paid Social Manager at Directive Consulting LLC, you will be a key member of the Abe division, a specialized team focused exclusively on social media advertising for mid-market and enterprise B2B clients. You will help clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms to reach, engage, and convert target audiences using innovative strategies and the company’s proprietary Customer Generation methodology.
- • Day to day, you will oversee and lead a portfolio of social media accounts, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, build quarterly strategies, create and optimize paid media budgets, execute and refine LinkedIn advertising campaigns (including ad copywriting, targeting, and TAM development), confirm lead routing in CRM systems, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment and performance. You will also drive cross-sells and upsells through strong client relationships and report regularly to the Associate Director on goal attainment.
