  • Constructor Tech is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partner Account Manager to join our growing Channel Sales department. This pivotal role is instrumental in expanding our reach within the Middle East by recruiting new strategic partners and empowering our existing partner network to effectively sell Constructor's All-in-One platform for education and research.
  • Our mission at Constructor is to revolutionize education by enabling all educational organizations to deliver high-quality digital learning experiences with ten times the reach and ten times the efficiency. Leveraging cutting-edge machine intelligence and data science, our comprehensive platform tackles critical challenges in education today, including access inequality, technological complexity, and student engagement.
  • As a Partner Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our partners, fostering strong relationships and driving mutual success. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of activities, from initial partner identification and outreach to ongoing enablement and sales support.
  • You will begin by conducting thorough territory analysis and strategic planning for your assigned geographies to pinpoint potential partners who align with Constructor's vision and offerings. This involves proactively searching for EdTech providers within these regions that could become valuable Constructor Tech partners.
  • A key aspect of your role will be to meticulously build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners. This requires in-depth research into their business models, the products they resell or develop, and their target customer base. You will then initiate contact through various channels, including calls, social media, and email, to introduce Constructor's value proposition.
  • Once engaged, you will be responsible for activating and enabling new partners, equipping them with Constructor Tech's sales and marketing tools, resources, and programs. This includes initiating and managing the Partner Onboarding and Enablement Program for each new partner, ensuring they have the knowledge and support needed to succeed.
  • Your efforts will directly contribute to driving partner sales of Constructor Tech solutions. This involves working with partners to leverage their existing customer base, attract new customers to the partner, and help them retain their current clientele through the effective deployment of our platform.
  • You will play a crucial role in training new partners on both existing and upcoming products, ensuring they are up-to-date with our latest offerings and can confidently represent Constructor.
  • Developing and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations will be paramount. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing daily support on both business and technology development aspects.
  • To ensure consistent progress and alignment, you will establish a regular communication cadence, holding weekly or bi-weekly meetings with each engaged partner to review performance, identify opportunities, and address any challenges.
  • Collaboration with Constructor Tech's presales and technical support teams will be essential to provide partners with the necessary technical expertise and solutions to meet their clients' needs.
  • A significant part of your role will involve generating a sales pipeline. This will be achieved through collaborative efforts with partners on existing customer accounts (account mapping), executing lead generation campaigns, and co-hosting events or webinars.
  • You will guide partners through the development of joint business plans, outlining strategies for growth and mutual success.
  • Furthermore, you will provide support throughout the integration process, assisting partners who integrate Constructor Tech solutions with their own platforms or offerings.
  • Meticulous record-keeping is vital. You will be responsible for documenting every interaction with a partner in our corporate CRM system, HubSpot, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
  • This role requires a proactive, organized, and persistent individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the EdTech market and SaaS business models, and a passion for enabling partner success in the Middle East.
